Mindfulness Weekend Retreats

My husband and I (Living Stress Free, Inc) are in the planning stages of our first weekend Mindfulness Retreat!
It is tentatively scheduled for September 7-8, 2013 in Canandaigua, NY, in the beautiful Finger Lakes region.
